(Almost) On the Needles

The scarf I was working on is done and ready to be blocked.

I have been trying to catch up with some applique BOMs.  So there was very little if any knitting needle activity.  Although I am tempted by Loopy Ewe's Spring Challenge.  I saw lots of yarn I would like to buy but I haven't found a pattern. 
I do have the yarn for a Gramp's Cardigan ready to go.  The yarn from my stash is Madelinetosh DK in Toast. 

My niece is expecting a baby boy in June.  I thought this would make a lovely first Christmas gift.

I am going to pop over to Judy's and see what everyone else is knitting.  Maybe I will get some inspiration for the new Loopy Challenge.
